We deliver to every part of the United Kingdom, deliveries are seven days a week. We also offer international delivery several times a week, prices are bespoke for individual countries.
Can I freeze my meals?
You can freeze all meals for future use. We recommended a maximum time of two months frozen.
I need to tone and lose weight, what would you recommend?

One of the main reasons why diets do not work long term, is that is unhealthy to starve your body of nutrients. I want to bulk what would you recommend I eat?
To bulk you need an excess of calories per day, and you need to train each muscle group to failure once a week and ensure you get lots of rest and sleep in-between. NEVER over train. When it comes to food, you can choose anything from our menu, on average our meals contain 500 calories, we would recommend starting with 6 meals a day to bulk. This will give you 3000 calories of quality nutrients, spread over the day, you can combine two meals to make one big meal you eat 3 times a day. There is no need to eat often during bulking cycles. Ideally you would eat one meal before you sleep too, this allows your body to have nutrients to grow and repair while you are asleep. Oats in the morning is great too, to add some extra calories and nutrients.
Can I eat my meal cold?
All meals can be eaten cold, or reheated via a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals are delivered fresh NATIONWIDE which should be refrigerated and consumed within four days or frozen for future use. The meals can be eaten chilled from the fridge or hot by placing in a microwave.
Can I heat my meal in an oven?
Yes but please take the food out of the plastic container and put into and oven proof dish first.

How many calories are in each meal?
Please see our full nutritional breakdown for each component of your meal, via our menu page on our website. All meals are made with a protein, carbs and veg choice. So there is over 420 combinations, the average calories per meal and combination is around 500.

How do I order?
Once you have chosen the meal plan option that is best for you, there is a box at the bottom called ORDER. Please click this and fill in the menu for your bespoke order.
Is there any seasoning on your food?
All our meals do come with seasoning, this comes from herbs mainly and the details can be found on our menu page
Can I amend my order after I have paid?
Changes or amendments to orders can be done sometimes if firstname.lastname@example.org are emailed.
What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are £11.99 a week for one delivery a week or £18.99 for two. These options will appear on our order page when you place your order. Here is our current delivery schedule
What happens if I’m not in when delivery arrive?
In the case where you are not in, we will leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour
Is it possible to specify a time for delivery?
Standard delivery times are between 8am and 5pm, when you receive your tracking number (night before) you can call to get a more accurate time but this is not guaranteed. You can find your local depot contact information by following this link https://apc-overnight.com/contact/depot-finder/
What happens if my food is delivered on hot day and I am out?
The meals are in a special sealed box, padded with polyester and includes a cooler to prevent meals from heating up in the sun.
Can I order no carb meals?
Yes select the no carbs option from the carbohydrate box and we will add more VEG for you.
Do you have Halal Options?
Halal certified meat is available you simply need to select from our drop down menu when ordering.
